I had to cancel my membership.. but not for the absolutely perfect workers and the BEST wash and DRY of any auto wash I've used. One of the ladies that sometimes works the booth.. Somebody soon will recognize her talent and try to steal her services. Everybody that works the bay.. just awesome all around.. Thank you!

Despite my work truck being overly dirty and there being a significant line of cars, the employees took the extra time to pre wash everything and ensure I came out completely clean on the other side. Every Club Car Wash location I've visited has been phenomenal. Hands down, best car wash subscription I’ve had yet.

I love this car wash! Everyone who works there is friendly, they are efficient, they cautiously pre clean my truck before going through the wash, and the vacuum cleaners SUCK… and I mean that in a good way! I’ve never had a better vacuum to clean the interior of my truck. I love they have towels to dry the outside of my vehicle and clean on the inside. Glass cleaner is always available and the air fresheners are a nice scent, not overpowering. I go here at least once a week! The best car wash I’ve ever been to!!!

This is, without a doubt, the best drive-through carwash I have ever used. My car comes out immaculate and I get compliments on it all the time. The air fresheners and towels are a nice touch. It would be nice to have a floor mat cleaner to make it a little more convenient. Otherwise it's perfect!

This Club Car Wash in Greeley sucks, I just bought a truck and decided to get the membership at Club Car Wash. After a few times that I ran the truck through the car wash I started to notice scratches all over the truck. I let the manager know and she went ahead and started a claim with their own claims department. She was only able to attach 3 pictures on the claim and couldn’t not get all the damages around the truck in those 3 pictures. I ended up getting an email from Carissa stating that based on the 3 pictures that she concluded that there equipment did not cause the scratches. I tried calling her to discuss her decision but no answer, left a voicemail. I called the following day and again left a voicemail. Finally she called me back and told me the same story that based upon the pictures that she determined that the damaged were not caused by the equipment because the scratches were scattered in different areas. I told her that my truck had scratches all over my truck and that how can she make that decision without seeing the entire truck and only seeing 3 pictures that don’t show the entire truck. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Keep in mind per the manager at the car wash she
